Censorship

Censorship is used in the Bible. The Canaanites and Samaritans are not given a chance to present their case. Jesus’ disciples are largely pushed aside to give Saul of Tarsus (Paul), who was not a disciple of Jesus, a major role in writing the New Testament.
Currently we see censorship being used in new translations of the Bible. In Luke 9:55, the King James Version says, “55 But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, Ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of.” The New International Version says, “55 But Jesus turned and rebuked them.” The part that says ‘ye know not what manner of spirit ye are of’ has been removed from new translations. Jesus was telling his disciples that calling fire from heaven was not his will, it was not from God’s spirit.
That means that all the stories in the Bible about God casting fire from heaven are inaccurate. It wasn’t God, but Satan who used fire from heaven to kill and destroy, as we see in Job 1:16.
Jesus’ words in Luke 9:55 have been censored to maintain the lie that God uses fire from heaven.
